Summary
Insurance companies; confidentiality of analyses. Provides
that regulatory analyses, financial analyses, and examination synopses,
including working papers, concerning insurance companies or insurance
transactions that are submitted to the Commission by the National Association
of Insurance Commissioners shall be kept confidential. These confidentiality
requirements are made applicable to health maintenance organizations.
