Summary
Farm wineries. Establishes criteria for the local regulation of farm wineries, including provisions prohibiting localities from requiring that a special exception or special use permit be obtained for the processing, production, harvesting of fruit and other agricultural products, and manufacturing and production of wine by licensed farm wineries. Other provisions relate to farm winery activities, noise, and outdoor events.
