Summary
Specially constructed, reconstructed, and replica
vehicles. Revises procedures whereby specially constructed, reconstructed,
and replica vehicles are titled and registered by DMV. The bill also provides
that these vehicles meet safety and emission standards for the year of which
the vehicle is a replica.
