Summary
Psychiatric Inpatient Treatment of Minors Act; special
justices; place of hearing. Clarifies that retired judges, substitute
judges, and special justices are authorized to perform hearings under the Act
and to receive compensation. Adds provision allowing the court to perform
hearings at facilities or other places, including facilities or places outside
of the court's jurisdiction, as the court considers advisable.
