Summary

Unintentionally causing death of fetus punishable as involuntary manslaughter.  Provides that any person who, while engaged in wanton and willful conduct that shows a reckless disregard for the safety of others, causes injury to another woman who is pregnant, and that conduct is the cause of a miscarriage or stillbirth by the woman, is guilty of involuntary manslaughter. Physicians acting in good faith in the performance of their duties are not liable under the section.

While I support this bill in concept, it is dangerously close to saying anyone who aborts a fetus is a murderer. I can't go so close
