Summary
Criminal procedure; issuance of criminal warrants. Authorizes
a sheriff or his deputy to execute an arrest warrant in a town surrounded by
the county that he serves, and to arrest someone committing a criminal act arising
out of and during the execution of a warrant in a city or town surrounded by
the county he serves. The venue for the prosecution of such crime lies in the
jurisdiction where it occurred.
