Summary
Right of CTC to enter on land to ascertain its suitability
for transportation purposes; damages. Revises the procedures according to
which the Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner (CTC), through his duly
authorized agents, may enter upon any land in the Commonwealth for the purposes
of determining its suitability for highway and other transportation purposes.
