HB2639: Redevelopment and Housing Authority; limit on number of local governing body members who may serve.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. §1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, general or special, at least 75% of the commissioners of a Redevelopment and Housing Authority shall be persons who are not members of the governing body of any county, city or town.
