Description

Concealed weapons. Amends the provisions relating to carrying concealed weapons and concealed handgun permits by creating a new article, dealing specifically with the procedures and requirements to obtain a concealed handgun permit. The changes are organizational, and not substantive, in nature. Amends § 17.1-406, § 18.2-287.4, § 18.2-308, § 18.2-308.1, § 18.2-57.3, § 22.1-277.07, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
