Summary
Onsite Sewage Indemnification Fund; limitations.
Limits the amount that owners of permitted onsite sewage systems
can receive from the fund to the cost of replacing the system or the
costs of labor and equipment required to repair the system, with a
total of not more than $15,000. This bill also specifies the procedure
for filing a claim and requires all claims to be filed within one
year of the date the system or components thereof failed.
