Summary

Liability for owners of low-head dams. Requires that owners of low-head dams use signs and buoys to warn the public of the hazards of swimming, fishing, and boating activities near low-head dams. Owners complying with safety measures shall be deemed to have met the duty of care for warning the public of the hazards posed by the dam.
