Summary
Acknowledgments of paternity; certified copies. Provides that the State Registrar of vital records shall provide certified copies of sworn statements or acknowledgments of paternity filed pursuant to § 20-49.1, 32-257, or 63.2-1914 upon the request of either party who executed the statement or acknowledgment or upon the request of the appropriate local Department of Social Services if it is providing services to the child who is the subject of the statement or acknowledgment.
