Description
Guardians and conservators; use of real estate professionals. Provides that guardians and conservators of the estates of incapacitated persons or minors shall use a real estate professional licensed under Chapter 21 ( 54.1-2100 et seq.) of Title 54.1 to conduct any sale of real estate in connection with the management of the estates.
