Summary
Notice of right to receive full marijuana analysis. Provides
that notice of opportunity to receive full analysis of marijuana shall be on a
form provided to the defendant by the law-enforcement officer at the time of
his arrest or detention. Field analysis of marijuana is admissible at trial.
Full lab analysis is available to the defendant if he requests it. Currently,
such request may be made pursuant to notice provided "prior to trial."
