Description

Establishes the Secretary of Urban Affairs. The Secretary shall be responsible to the Governor for the Department of Housing and Community Development and the Virginia Housing Development Authority. RICHMOND – Opponents of drunken driving are applauding the Senate for passing a bill to require even first-time DUI offenders in Virginia to install a device to prevent them from operating their vehicle while intoxicated.
