Summary

Permit for onsite sewage disposal system installation in certain counties.  Provides that any county with a population between 50,000 and 55,000 according to the 1990 United States Census may require any person desiring to install an onsite sewage disposal system to secure a permit to do so. Counties may prescribe a reasonable fee, not to exceed $150, for processing an application for such a permit.
