Description
Subdivision streets. Provides that on and after July 1, 2007, no street in any county will be taken into the state secondary highway system for maintenance purposes unless it is classified by the Department as a local collector road. Other roads that, prior to July 1, 2007, would have been taken into the state secondary highway system will be classified by the Department as local subdivision roads and will not be taken into the state secondary highway system unless they are within an established urban development area.
