Summary
Weights and measures. Allows the Commissioner to establish
a schedule for the examination of weights and measures by service agencies.
Also requires service agencies to destroy out-of-service tags after corrective
action and extends the deadline for reporting to the Commissioner from 48 hours
to 5 days.
