Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 55-14.1 as follows:

§ 55-14.1. Doctrine of worthier title abolished.

The doctrine of worthier title is abolished in this Commonwealth as a rule of law and as a rule of construction.
