Summary
Revocation of death benefits by divorce; federal preemption.
Provides that if federal law preempts the payment of a death benefit, the
person whom the benefit was paid to because of federal preemption of the
statute is liable for the amount received to the person who would have been
paid had the statute not been preempted.
