Summary
Biennial report by VDOT on maintaining and operating existing
transportation infrastructure. Requires the Virginia Department of
Transportation, no later than September 15 of each odd-numbered year, to submit
to the Governor, the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission, and the
Commonwealth Transportation Board a report on the condition and needs for
maintaining and operating the existing transportation infrastructure in the
Commonwealth for all asset management and maintenance, based on an asset
management methodology.
