Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation; Board for Soil Scientists and Wetland Professionals; requirements for professional wetland delineator certification. Extends the waiver of the requirement for a reference from and supervision by a certified professional wetland delineator from July 13, 2006, to July 13, 2010. The bill has an emergency provision.
