Summary
Southwest Virginia Health Facilities Authority. Establishes
a health facilities authority for Southwest Virginia. The Authority may
acquire, construct, equip, establish, improve, maintain, and/or operate
hospitals or health centers and may condemn property and issue bonds and other
obligations for such purpose. However, the bonds and other obligations of the
Authority shall not be a debt of any locality or of the Commonwealth.
