Enforcement of federal immigration laws. Requires that the Commonwealth of Virginia enter into an agreement with the United States Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement to authorize certain members of the Department of State Police and employees of the Department of Corrections to enforce civil immigration violations in the Commonwealth.
