Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. The Commonwealth of Virginia shall enter into an agreement with the United States Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement to authorize certain members of the Virginia Department of State Police and employees of the Department of Corrections to enforce civil immigration violations in the Commonwealth.
