Summary

Foster care children; tobacco products.  Directs the Board of Social Services to adopt regulations restricting the use of tobacco products by and around children receiving foster care services. The regulations shall include but need not be limited to provisions (i) forbidding the use or possession of tobacco products by children; (ii) limiting use of tobacco products in the children's living quarters; and (iii) limiting the use of tobacco products in motor vehicles when transporting children.
