Description

Approval of transmission lines; affect on the legal status of comprehensive plans and local zoning ordinances. Eliminates provision that provided that the State Corporation Commission's approval of a transmission line satisfies the requirements of 15.2-2232 (legal status of comprehensive plan) and local zoning ordinances with respect to such transmission line. Amends § 15.2-2232, § 56-46.1, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
