Shouldn't there be a legislative rule that consolidates bills that are essentially identical to avoid wasting time? This is fundamentally the same as HB1727. And now, the education committee has to waste more time voting this duplicate down. No wonder we can't solve real problems when delegates are wasting time and money on bills that aren't needed and worse, making it happen more than once in the same session.
