Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The Virginia Department of Transportation shall, on any attraction sign erected as part of the Integrated Directional Signing Program, when appropriate, direct travelers to a connecting Interstate Highway System component to reach an attraction site if the distance to the site using the connecting Interstate Highway System component is within 15 miles of such attraction sign. Signage erected pursuant to this act shall be in accordance with signing requirements outlined in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices published by the Federal Highway Administration.
