Summary
Tobacco Settlement Foundation; securitization
of payments. Authorizes the Governor to sell up to 10 percent
of the revenues derived from the Master Settlement Agreement. Proceeds
from the sale shall be deposited into the Tobacco Settlement Foundation
Endowment.
