Description

Civil remedies; service on Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles as agent for nonresident motor vehicle operator. Provides specific authority for the service of process upon the DMV Commissioner when a nonresident operating a motor vehicle in the Commonwealth has violated a provision of Title 46.2 or a parallel local ordinance.
