Description

Revenue from state forests. Designates one-eighth of the proceeds generated by the state forests to go to the Counties of Appomattox, Buckingham, and Cumberland and one-eighth to be expended by the Department of Forestry, in consultation with these counties, to enhance recreational opportunities in the state forests located in the three counties.
