Summary
One-stop small business permitting program.
Establishes a one-stop permitting program for small businesses. The program is
to be administered by a business registration and permitting center in the
Office of the Secretary of Commerce and Trade. Owners of small businesses,
defined as establishments with no more than 100 full-time employees, will be
able to complete a master application online to register their businesses with
the state. Permits required by regulatory agencies may be included as
endorsements to the master permit.
