Summary

Elections; voter registration at offices of Department of Motor Vehicles; evidence of registration.  Requires DMV office to forward completed voter registration applications to elections officials within three, rather than five, business days. Permits forwarding of applications by facsimile or electronic means. Allows voter whose name is not on the pollbook to cast his ballot at the polling place, rather than by a provisional ballot, if he presents proof of timely registration at a DMV office and completes a registration application at the polling place.
