Summary
Special license plates for certain veterans. Provides that South Korean or allied national veterans as well as U.S. veterans of the Korean War may apply for special license plates for Korean War veterans and that South Vietnamese or allied national veterans as well as U.S. veterans of the Vietnam War may apply for special license plates for Vietnam War veterans.
