Summary

Assisted living facilities; aging in place. Requires that where a resident of an assisted living facility is receiving services as determined by the resident's physician and (i) the resident's family and the owner, operator or governing body of the facility agree to allow the resident to remain and (ii) the owner, operator, or governing body of the facility agree to provide additional necessary services, the resident shall not be removed by the Board of Social Services.
