Summary
Board of Health; regulation of hospice programs. Requires the Board of Health to develop staffing regulations specific to entities that are concurrently licensed as a hospice and an assisted living facility. The regulations would require the presence on each shift of a licensed practical nurse rather than a registered nurse. View Full Text »
