Summary

Special license plates; supporters of United States troops; fees. Authorizes the issuance of revenue-sharing special license plates to supporters of United States troops. The annual surcharge for these plates would be $25, instead of the standard $10 for most other nonrevenue-sharing special license plates. For each set of plates issued (after the first 1,000 sets), $15 will go to the United Service Organizations to support its programs and activities in Virginia and the remaining $10 will go to the Department of Motor Vehicles.   View Full Text »
