Local Partnership Programs. Requires the Department of Transportation and localities to agree upon a payment schedule for reimbursement of funds to the locality for moneys expended on projects under any Local Partnership Program. Amends § 33.1-223.2:16, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
