Summary

Constitutional amendment (first resolution); powers of the General Assembly; administrative rules and regulations.  Allows the General Assembly to suspend or nullify administrative rules and regulations by a majority vote of the members elected to each house and authorizes the standing committees of each house and joint legislative commissions designated by the General Assembly to suspend rules and regulations when the General Assembly is not in regular session.   View Full Text »
