Summary
Constitutional amendment (first resolution); recall of elected officers. Requires the filing of a petition signed by qualified voters equaling at least 25 percent of the number of votes cast in the last election for the office to initiate the recall of an elected statewide officer or General Assembly member. Provides for the holding of an election to recall the officer and further implementation by the General Assembly. Directs the General Assembly to provide by law for the recall of local officers.
