Summary

Study; eminent domain; report.  Directs the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission to study the current state of the law on the exercise of eminent domain and how that law is applied in the Commonwealth. The study should address whether the exercise of eminent domain is or may be subject to abuse and, if so, what amendments or changes should be made to correct the abuses.
