Summary

DMV to develop and distribute materials for parents of certain minors.  Requires the Department of Motor Vehicles, in cooperation with the Department of Education, to develop, produce, and make available instructional materials for use by parents of minors who hold learner's permits or provisional driver's licenses.  These materials are to be designed to assist parents in ensuring that their children develop the skills, knowledge, habits, and awareness necessary for becoming safe drivers. They are, further, to be made available free of charge in the Department's Customer Service Centers.
