Summary
Revenue-sharing funds for systems in certain counties, cities, and towns. Eliminates language in present law setting priorities for distribution of revenue-sharing funds. The bill also provides that the Commonwealth Transportation Board shall allocate at least $50 million each fiscal year to satisfy all requests by localities for matching funds.
