Summary
Operation of photo-monitoring or automatic vehicle
identification systems. Changes the definition of "operator of a toll
facility other than the Virginia Department of Transportation" from
facilities authorized by the Code to any entity "that operates a toll
facility." The bill also provides that the suspension of a driver's
license for failure or refusal to pay these fines or costs is not applicable.
