A BILL to repeal the fifth enactment of Chapter 902 of the Acts of Assembly of 1996, as amended by the first enactment of Chapter 691 and the second enactment of Chapter 764 of the Acts of Assembly of 1999, and the first enactment of Chapter 331 of the Acts of Assembly of 2002, relating to health care data reporting.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the fifth enactment of Chapter 902 of the Acts of Assembly of 1996, as amended by the first enactment of Chapter 691 and the second enactment of Chapter 764 of the Acts of Assembly of 1999, and the first enactment of Chapter 331 of the Acts of Assembly of 2002, is repealed.
