Summary
Magistrates; issuance of warrants. Amends provision that
prohibits magistrates from issuing any warrant or process in complaint of
certain relatives of the magistrate, to provide that the magistrate may issue a
warrant or process if the relative is a law-enforcement officer acting within
the scope of his official duties.
