Summary
Utility Facilities Act; telephone companies. Eliminates the requirement that the State Corporation Commission approve the acquisition or disposal of the assets or of control of a telephone company. The measure will not apply to transactions for which applications seeking Commission approval were filed prior to July 1, 2007.
