Summary
Special conservators of the peace. Strikes a provision
that special conservators of the peace have authority in any city or county where
the corporate applicant or its subsidiary holds title to real property. This
provision contradicts the statutory requirement that a conservator's authority
is confined to court-imposed geographical limitations within the judicial
circuit where the appointment is made.
