Description

Lawful fence; definition. Amends the definition of fences of barbed wire and fences of boards and expands the definition of a lawful fence to include any fence that is at least 42 inches high, constructed from materials sold for fencing and appropriate for the confinement of livestock, and installed so that livestock cannot creep through the fence.
